1. Overview & Services
Fairy Beans Limited provides B2B digital marketing services, including Paid Advertising Management (PPC & Meta), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Marketing Strategy Development. All services are performed subject to an official B2B agreement and approved Scope of Work (SOW).
2. Pricing & Payment Terms
Currency: All quotes, prices, and invoices are issued strictly in Euros (€ / EUR).
Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via SEPA / SWIFT wire bank transfer to the official bank account of Fairy Beans Limited, as designated on the issued invoice.
Invoicing: Services are rendered on a prepayment, milestone, or monthly retainer basis as specified in the individual client contract.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Prior to Commencement: If a client terminates the contract prior to the start of any operational work, a 100% refund of the prepaid amount will be issued within 10 business days.
Partial Execution: If a project is cancelled after operational work has commenced, any refund will be calculated after deducting the cost of actual work completed and non-recoverable direct expenses incurred by Fairy Beans Limited.
Completed Deliverables: Once monthly services or agreed deliverables have been executed and accepted (via Act of Completion or invoice payment), fees for those completed services are non-refundable.
4. Confidentiality (NDA)
Fairy Beans Limited maintains strict commercial confidentiality and is prepared to execute a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving access to internal business analytics or commercial data.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any underlying service contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
